Damaged/Defective Items:
Please examine items when they arrive! Quality control is extremely important to us, so we only ship the best quality items. If the product arrives damaged/defective, buyer must contact CoyoteVest within 72 hours of receipt to report defect. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. When the item is received and verified (damage/defect verified and product unused), we will exchange the product at no additional cost to the buyer. 

Returns:
Products may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt if unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the product arrives damaged/defective (please refer to the "Damaged/Defective Items" section). Once the items are received and it has been verified that they are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund excluding the value of any shipping and handling charges from the original order. Please note that orders with free shipping have a flat rate shipping charge of $6.00 that will be deducted on returns. If the items are returned damaged (either due to use or poor return shipment packing) we reserve the right to reduce refund amount up to 100% of the damaged item's retail value. Exchanges:
Please be sure to measure your pet twice to ensure that you order the correct size. Nonetheless, items may be exchanged within 2 weeks of receipt if unused and in original condition. Due to the structure of Shopify's e-commerce site, exchanges must be processed as a refund from the original order and a new order. You may place the order for the new item at anytime, and we will ship out your new order as soon as possible. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item in the mail in its original condition.
