Customer satisfaction is our top priority! Please review our policies regarding damaged/defective items, returns, exchanges, and damaged items. Check out our website for more information and to ensure that you order the correct size items for your furry friend! 

Damaged/Defective Items:
Please examine items when they arrive! Quality control is extremely important to us, so we only ship the best quality items. If the product arrives damaged/defective, buyer must contact CoyoteVest within 72 hours of receipt to report defect. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. When the item is received and verified (damage/defect verified and product unused), we will exchange the product at no additional cost to the buyer. 

Products may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt if unused and in original/new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the items are received and it has been verified that they are in their original/new condition, we will issue a full refund excluding the value of any shipping and handling charges from the original order. Please note that orders with free shipping will be charged the actual shipping handling charge on returns. If the items are returned damaged (either due to use or poor return shipment packing) we reserve the right to reduce refund amount up to 100% of the damaged item's retail value. We suggest you measure your pet twice to ensure that you order the correct size. Nonetheless, we understand you may need to exchange for a better fit. Products may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt if unused and in original/new condition. Due to the structure of Shopify's e-commerce site, exchanges must be processed as a refund from the original order and a new order placed. You may place the order for the new item at any time, and we will ship out your new order as soon as possible. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item in the mail in its original/new condition. The same Shipping and handling protocol applies as per the above Return Information.
