Return Policy

** PLEASE NOTE: All CoyoteVest products purchased from a Retail Partner must be returned to the Retail Partner in accordance with their return policy.

Damaged/Defective Items: **
Please examine items when they arrive! Quality control is extremely important to us, so we only ship the best quality items. If the product arrives damaged/defective, buyer must contact CoyoteVest within 72 hours of receipt to report defect. Documentation must be provided by customer for International Orders. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. When the item is received and verified (damage/defect verified and product unused), we will exchange the product at no additional cost to the buyer. 

Returns: **
Products may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt if unused and in original/new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the items are received and it has been verified that they are in their original/new condition, we will issue a full refund excluding the value of any shipping and handling charges from the original order. Please note that orders with free shipping will be charged the actual shipping handling charge on returns. If the items are returned damaged (either due to use or poor return shipment packing) we reserve the right to reduce refund amount up to 100% of the damaged item's retail value. To prevent damage, items should be repacked in the manner in which they arrived; for instructions on how repack your order properly, please watch this video.

Exchanges: **
We recommend that you measure your pet twice to ensure the correct size. Nonetheless, we understand you may need to exchange for a better fit. Products may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt if unused and in original/new condition.

In order to keep things simple we do not directly process exchanges. Instead we process a refund from the original order and you can place a new order for the replacement. You may place the order for the new item(s) at any time, and we will ship out your new order as soon as possible. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item(s) in the mail in original/new condition. The same Shipping and handling protocol applies as per the above Return Information.
